The role :

• You will be responsible for selling international property investment opportunities over the telephone
• You will apply the knowledge you acquire through structured training and development programmes in order to develop your own individual talent and progress within the company

The candidate :

• Are motivated, resilient, ambitious, commercially aware, competitive and money hungry
• Comfortable speaking about investments, ROI’s, yields and dealing with IFA’s
• Are ambitious and target focussed
• Have the self motivation to succeed within a target driven working environment
• Have knowledge of emerging markets across the globe and be able to compare and analyse data from different markets
• Have an openness to new ideas and the ability to learn and develop
• Have a good basic knowledge of English and ideally French / Spanish

Senior level candidates will also have:

• Experience of working within the Emerging Real Estate and/or Property Investment markets
• Have a proven and successful track record within a broker/tele-sales environment (a minimum of 2 years experience)
