James Barnes MSc Mdip - FTST :- James graduated from the University of Bournemouth with a degree in Sports Science and then completed a year’s intensive training with Premier Fitness training gaining his Masters Diploma Advanced Personal Training & Specific Sports training and Therapy, you will feel safe in the knowledge that you are working with a trainer possessing a comprehensive understanding of the latest scientific research regarding all aspects of exercise, nutrition and lifestyle advice. James is also a qualified Nutritionist, Sports Masseuse, Aerobics & Step instructor, Spinning instructor and can also teach pre & post natal and Aqua Aerobics.
James has worked at various David Lloyd centres as well as being the gym manager and personal trainer for the highly acclaimed Champneys health clubs, both in Tring and in Piccadilly central London. James now lives and works in Marbella in southern Spain.
