RIO VERDE BEACH:

Location and Characteristics: It is located in the "Río Verde" urbanisation, next to the river of the same name. It is a beach with a longitude of 1.200 m and an average width of 30 m. It is composed of the black sand coming from "Río Verde" river. Near there, the remains of a roman villa of the first century are located. It is known as "Villa Romana de Río Verde". Use: It is a tourist beach with a medium level of occupation. Water sports such us jet skis, pedalos, windsurf, etc. are practised. Among its facilities we can find the four star hotel "Coral Beach", a beach club and three beach bars. Cleanliness and Hygiene The condition of the water is good. The service of municipal cleaning carries out the maintenance of the beach daily, manually and mechanically. Equipment and Services This beach has public showers and toilets, rubbish bins, vigilance of the beach during the summer, life guards and first aid.
