LINDA VISTA BEACH:

Location and Characteristics; It is located near the centre of San Pedro, next to the Urbanisation Linda Vista, it is a beach with a longitude of 550 m and an average width of 40 m., composed of the typical golden thick sand of this area of the Mediterranean. Use: It is a tourist beach with a high level of occupation, it is possible to practice water sports such as: windsurf, pedlos, jet skis, etc. Among its services we can find two beach clubs and a beach bar. In its northern area a zone of archeological protection is located where people can visit the ruins of the paleochristian Basilica “Vega del Mar”. Cleanliness and Hygiene: The condition of the water is good, obtaining since 1992 the Blue Flag award. The service of municipal cleaning curries out the maintenance of the beach daily as much in winter as in summer, manually and mechanically. Equipment and Services: This beach has showers and public services, rubbish bins, watch towers, life guards, and first aid, as well as vigilance of beaches during the summer season.
