FONTANILLA BEACH:

Location and Characteristics: It is located in the centre of Marbella. It is a beach with a longitude of 800 m. and an average width of 30 m. It is made up of processed black sand. The promenade and the "Marbella" port are located along the beach. Use:It is a tourist beach with a high level of occupation. Water sports as pedalos are practised. Among its facilities we can find ten beach bars with sunbeds. Cleanliness and Hygiene: The condition of the water is good obtaining since 1992 the Blue Flag award. The service of municipal cleaning carries out the maintenance of the beach daily, manually and mechanically. Equipment and Services: This beach has public services and showers, two "oasis" showers, fountains of drinking water, watch towers, life guards and first aid as well as vigilance of beaches during the summer.
