Short Term Lets
Usually the most popular and preferred form of rental, an owner may wish to take advantage of the coast's all year round climate and offer the property to sun seekers and golfers alike throughout the course of the year. The holidaymaker shall be charged a weekly rate dependent on the time of year. This form of rental also gives the owner the flexibility of using the property themselves at any time during the year. Long Term Lets
With the huge influx of residents from overseas, particularly from the UK, to the Costa del Sol in recent years there has become a large demand for good quality long term accommodation. This type of tenant is often looking for accommodation for up to a year before looking to buy a property themselves. Whilst this restricts an owner to when the property is available for their own use, it can provide a guaranteed monthly income as opposed to the sometimes sporadic weekly income generated from short term letting. B&W Property Services S.L. are actively looking to increase their portfolio of long term holiday rental properties.
Property Management
One of the first things that an owner does upon having purchased their dream property is to return home and leave the place unattended for a period of time. Properties under the management contract are monitored on a weekly basis as described, and should there be any problems with the property that require professional maintenance work to be carried out, then the owner will be informed of the problem immediately and swift action able to be undertaken.
