The Costa del Sol's premier racecourse has two ways of direct access, one from La Cala de Mijas and the other one from the N-340 dual carriageway opposite the Castle of Fuengirola towards the Cerros del Aguila. Recently taken over by an English conglomerate, it runs races regularly through the summer in the evenings.
