The “Kash Investments Approach”

• Developers: At Kash Investments Ltd we believe that in order to secure the best deal for our clients it is necessary for us to deal directly with the developers.
• Diligence: We visit every site and are extremely selective about the developments we will list. Our site visits give us the opportunity to check the site location, proposed enhancements to the infrastructure and existing amenities. All information collated along with actual photographs, site-maps and property-plans are included in our Marketing materials.
• Information: Our brochures are available on request in hard-copy or in .PDF.
• Fees: We do not charge any fees to our clients. We are retained on an agency basis by the developers and are remunerated on a sales basis.
• Follow-through: We do not believe in a hard-sell approach and do not encourage our prospects to make tours unless they wish to.

• First time buyers who cannot afford to get on the UK property ladder and may therefore be looking to make that first acquisition in a market where values may be lower.
• Investors looking for the potentially higher property returns that may be achieved in Spain.
