EL ARO BEACH:

Location and Characteristics: It is located in the west of the "Marbella" port, in the centre of Marbella. It has a longitude of 300 m. and an average width of 35 m. It is composed of the fine golden sand original of the area. Use: It is a tourist beach with a high level of occupation. Among its services we can find two beach bars and games for children for free public use. Cleanliness and Hygiene: The condition of the water is good, obtaining since 1992 the Blue Flag award. The service of municipal cleaning carries out the maintenance of the beach daily, manually and mechanically. Equipment and Services: This beach has public showers and toilets, rubbish bins, life guards and first aid (the rescue base of Red Cross is in the "Marbella" Port) as well as municipal vigilance of beaches during the summer.
