CORTIJO BLANCO BEACH:

Location and Characteristics: It is located near the centre of San Pedro Alcántara, next to the urbanisation Cortijo Blanco, by the river Guadaiza. It has a longitude of 1.000 m. and an average width of 30 m., made up of golden sand and pebbles, from it´s nearness to the river. Use: It´s a beach with a low level of occupation. It is next to the hotels Cortijo Blanco, Pueblo Andaluz and Alcotán, and it has a beach club. Cleanliness and Hygiene: The condition of the water is good. The cleaning service is carried out daily in summer as well as in winter, manually and mechanically, Equipment and Services: Due to its geographical situation and its low use, it is a beach with few public services, however it has vigilance, life guards and first aid during the summer.
